Privacy Policy

Every time your browser connects to this website, the server records a bit of information in the access log. These logs allow me to measure page popularity and detect dead links, giving me pointers on how to improve the website for future visitors.

Data recorded in the access log includes:

• The address of the page you've requested
• Your public IP address
• The name and version of the browser you're using
• Date and time of your request

This website does not use cookies.

Comments and guestbook

If you leave a comment on an article, or sign my guestbook, the following data is collected and stored in a database:

• Your name
• Your email address (optional)
• Your website address (optional)
• The content of your comment or guestbook entry
• The date and time of your submission

Comments and guestbook entries are moderated manually, then either published or permanently deleted. Your e-mail address is never published and is only used in case I need to contact you. I reserve the right to remove comments that are spam, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, even after they have been published.

If you want to have your comment or guestbook entry removed, please contact me. Note that it may not be possible to remove your comment if I can't identify it as yours, for example if you didn't provide your name or email address.
